• Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

When booking a ticket for the European Sleeper, it doesn't show the option for the women only couchette. Also, it's selling tickets that are already sold out on the European Sleeper website. Finally, real time notifications disappear in the app.

Everytime you search for trains you have to fill your details as discount codes again manually, then you do it again manually before payment, very dumb app, simply making troubles, don't expected more from pure belgian app.

app is slow, and Ideal/wero as a payment method does not work. "Cannot connect to server. Please try again later later. " (yes later twice). also if you buy a ticket it would be more logical if it was added automatically to "my tickets", instead of having to enter it manually via the code on the pdf...
