You can book tickets easily to many destinations. However, some filters are missing such as "maximum number of changes" or a way to extend the time at a particular station. I also could not upload tickets bought on the CFL website. The timetable is more basic than the one on CFL GO. The "station board" times are not available for every station (e.g, Italian stations) and there is only a very limited number of stations plans on the app. The design of the app is also a bit too basic.

I used this app to successfully buy TGV tickets 2 times, so it's great. On one of those occasions I ended up with a double entry with the same ref. numbers, which looked strange, but did not impact anything in real life. Push notifications didn't work for me. I'm also wondering about the following: as this is my 'original point of sale', then there should be some cancellation/exchanging options available!

Since July 2023, ticket purchases no longer work with the app. After the credit card payment is confirmed, I'm stuck at a white screen in the app. No error message. The payment is actually not made. Reinstalling the app does not help. I'm now using the nearly identical SNCB International app for tickets to Belgium.
