Bought a ninebot max g3, It started making noice from rear wheel after first week. and you have to ride it like few minutes till the sound appears, so first week i have not noticed any things as i have not ridden that for long. Sound starts after ~5 minutes and became worse by the time. It feels like i have received a faulty product out of the box.

1. Top banner on home screen which shows battery and scooter picture has wrong colour being used which makes battery percentage barely visible. this needs to change 2. Need to have multiple users feature to allow two phones to connect without forcing to login again and again. 3. App needs better stability to connect to the phone. Very slow to reconnect. Other than that, app is ok.

app keeps recording 80% battery charging as a 90% or higher. looks like im frying my battery according to the number of times it claims im full charging. Every current module function is also faulty! who puts out digital updates without testing in the field?..answer: companies that dont actually care about their customers. cust service no help either. point out im getting 10 miles to a full charged battery without hills and wind and im 165lbs. response was update to faulty battery version..
