Just horrible. The whole experience can be described by the messages you get, "Something went wrong.", "Some error has occurred"...these are maybe the better ones, sometimes it's just an error code or simply showing an empty page in sections like when you try to make a payment. The website is no better. In addition, you have to log in again and enter OTP codes EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app or the website. Edit: I shared via email as requested but never even got a reply.

Can't even log in!! Set myself up with an account and log in via the web page which works perfectly fine. I then use the same log in on the app which sends me a verification code via email, I put that in and it thinks about it before telling me it's unable to connect and to check my connection. My WiFi is working perfectly fine no connection issue!! Must have tried 10 times or more before I gave up

not great, worked to start with, easy to use and navigate. but it is slow when loading certain pages as it goes online rather than keeping in app it seems. but now, it's pointless, I can't see any bookings on there. Tried to re-add them and the app just says the booking already exists. everything works fine when logged in online and I can see my bookings.
