Update 25 June 2026: Still a disappointing, buggy app. while we can already add bookings, even those that were made thru 3rd party OTAs, they are still saved in the phone where the app is installed, and not into their own server or database. moreover, the constant need for credentials and bugs during booking is annoying, too. i cant even see my miles transaction history. kinda frustrating for our flag carrier's app is still ages compared to their peer, local, or international.

annoying app. can't immediately see if flights are available, and cant see base fare on the calendar, so it is hard to compare prices. Response time is also slow. Cebpac has a better app, way better.

A waste of time. Forces you to enter ALL personal information (e.g., passport data, etc.) before seeing final pricing but the app is so buggy you can't enter anything even if you wanted to. As always, always happens in the Philippines, I'm sure app development was performed by someone's kilala. Please hire someone qualified instead. Heck, outsource the job to India!
