I just had a horrendous experience with this app while attempting to buy ticket. I went through the queue 4 different times and never was able to secure tickets. I would pick a ticket. It had the button to go to the next screen, but as soon as I selected 1 (default was 0) the option to proceed disappeared. It was cutting my screen off most of the time. Absolutely horrible. My daughter got to payment on hers and then got a white screen.

Tried to buy tickets using the app, but it's not optimised for phones at all. I finally found a seat (after having to pinch and zoom endlessly because it's basically a desktop site) but was unable to complete the puzzle slide verification because the screen would slide around instead of the slider, no matter how I approached it. I have a Samsung S25+ so my phone is neither small nor old.

Did not work when it counted most. I bought a fan membership, confirmed my passport, verified my fan membership with NOL World, and pressed Buy the second the presale tickets went on sale and… the seating plan wouldn't load no matter which date and time I selected. The date and time showed up in the box on the right, ready to populate with the seat information that never came. Others used a desktop/laptop browser and said it was "easy" but others got stuck at the payment. No tickets for us!
