HubSpot

I’ve been using HubSpot for a while, and one feature that really stood out to me is how easily you can send contracts directly from HubSpot records. The ability to auto-fill documents with CRM data saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. I also like the signature tracking feature-it’s very clear when a client has viewed or signed a document, which helps with follow-ups. The reusable templates are another big plus, especially for repetitive sales processes.

i don't know how some people suggest this un smart app to use !! i had an account for some time and than i got email say it will be deleted cause i didn't use in 30 days !! than i try to sign in and for some reason they say my password is wrong so i did reset password than when i tried to login they say i log for suspicious location that i didn't log from before and they sent email with link that when i try to use it goes no where !! note : all this happened in the same device

Nice but can use some fixes. When scanning a business card, the address field is covered my thr keyboard and you can't scroll to view it while you edit or correct it. the scan is not always perfect.
