Hello, I started a free trial of Gronda Pro and unfortunately forgot to cancel before it ended. The yearly subscription (£59.99) was charged, and I requested a refund immediately. Google Play declined the refund and advised me to contact you directly. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed and have not made meaningful use of the service. I kindly ask if you would consider issuing a refund as a goodwill gesture. Thank you for your understanding.

No clear easy way to cancel subscription. I signed up for the free trial. I do not wish to sign up for the pro membership at this time. The app does not show up in the play store subscriptions so I cannot cancel in the play store. Also cannot cancel on the app. also cannot cancel on the website. Currently awaiting response from technical support.

Hi Isiah, thank you for our email conversation. You are part of a free PRO test group and will not be charged. That's why you could not find any subscription to cancel. Best Giovanna

Persistent slow loading and lag; The application is rather poorly optimized.. (Phone: Pixel 6a; Tablet: iPad Air 5th Gen) Additionally, the number of available recipes remains limited Often when searching for a recipe through Gronda, I cannot find the dish I am looking for, or the platform has only one recipe available
