I like the concept and the rewards but the app is very clunky. I'm not always sure where something is located in the menu, and it takes a few seconds (and a few clicks) to load from one page to the next. I literally don't add my walks every day because I dislike how long it takes to say "hi I walked X miles today." and add it to my total, so I add it all up and input them every couple of weeks.

I was originally excited at the fact that you could see where you were walking in another country or land, only to find out it doesn't work that way. I feel if the app could connect to the location of the phone itself to see that you're walking at that moment then you could enjoy more. Like when I'm walking outdoor around my neighborhood, I can look at the welsh countryside I'm doing the challenge that it gives me a view of in the app, instead of it posting the distance later and i miss seeing.

Love the challenges but not liking the app. It definitely needs continued improving. I just completed a challenge and when I click the button to verify my information and get my medal, the page goes blank. The app is definitely glitchy at times! Would rather be able to manage my account from the website.

Now you can access updates to your medal order and find your tracking number within the app! Just go to the Rewards screen on your challenge to see the status of your order.
