The backend system doesn't allow me to get a digital boarding pass even though I dont have check-in luggage. I'm tired of talking to customer care as until now no resolution has been found for my case. It is a waste of 2 hours every week during my travel. Please upgrade your systems.

pretty decent overall but slow sometimes. i don't understand why flights have to be greyed out IMMEDIATELY after arrival, leaving you with no access to boarding passes and luggage information. How would you even go about reporting lost luggage if Eurowings is already done with your flight?

If you try to check in from the app, it forces you to select seats and pay extra for the flight. This does not happen when you check in via the website from a browser. I find this to be a very scammy tactic and rurowings should stop this asap.
