1st time using it, very bad experience.Had to start over my booking several times, complicated process to book a flight and pay it. At the page where I enter my bank card details, app crashed and I had to re-do it 3 times, I was afraid of making 3 consecutive payments for 1 booking. I click pay now and nothing happens, message appears that error occurred and I have to start over. Can't believe RyanAir have such a dumb and slow application

Horrible by design. The 'automatic' bag check-in does not work. First I had to update the app because a couple hours before our check in, there was a new version. Once updated, you have to scan a qr code and connect to the scale with Bluetooth. The connection did not work and after having someone come to help, I had to try 10 more machines before they manually checked my luggage while making it very clear they were not happy about it and putting the blame on me. Took way longer than before.

this app is rubbish, but you need it to travel with Ryanair. The language used for check in makes it seem like you need to purchase additional baggage (at a very expensive rate), when in actual fact you probably don't. I travelled with a partner, and although we had seats next to each other, the app tried to upsell so we could be placed together The check in process, specifically at BGY, did not work, the ground staff at the airport have no interest in helping through the process.
