Don't force people to update your app to check train times. So annoying! Also, logged in but it doesn't show my booking. "Failed to update, please try again" but there is no retry/refresh button. Also, it says you can enter a booking reference, but there isn't one to be found in my Eurostar Snap confirmation email. Also, it shows multiple entries for the same itinerary (same times and connections) with different prices. And finally, it crashes when I try to use current location. Terrible app.

Wonderful staff. We are 2 people of a certain age, and we were royally looked after, both from Bruxelles to London and return. Help with our luggage and even upgrading our tickets and on quickly passing through customs and getting on the train. We especially want to thank Somer from London Eurostar. She did everything to help us. We are forever grateful and are planning our next Eurostar trip very soon.

Does not use Notification Channels, so given that I insist on refusing marketing notifications I also cannot get the notifications that actually matter. Otherwise it would be a 5.
