This app is crashing every now and then, and most of the time while signing in it shows system down, after trying several attempts i could sign in and after that i was not able to transfer money, the app shows some errors which are not even related to your phone, some thing like JSON error, fetching charges, hey bank, please fix your app, i am losing my money because of you, you are bank you are supposed to make benefits for me, not loss

EIB always have worst applications. They shud fire their IT staff top to bottom and hire some people who has brain. What the hell is this application. I was fedup with ur previous app becoz of so many times approving and now this is much more lengthy process with each time seperate windows. Each process take 10min waiting to go to next step. Also my all beneficiary i can't see in mobile banking. You should close your online banking and go back to stone age banking and work like illiterates.

I must confess that my experience with the Bank App of Business Online Emirates Islamic Bank been far from satisfactory. Opening the app has proven to be a constant struggle, leaving me incredibly frustrated and discouraged. As a renowned financial institution, one would have expected a more streamlined and efficient banking system from such a prominent player in the industry. The issues with their app have only resulted in the potential loss of several clients, including myself.
