My experience with this app has been quite disappointing. Almost every time I book a ride, the driver calls to ask for my pickup location. If the app already uses GPS to share the customer's location, what's the point of having that feature if drivers still need to call and confirm? Another issue is availability. During the evenings, I frequently receive a message saying that no drivers are available. This creates the impression that the platform has a limited number of drivers.

Nominal pricing compared to other cab providers. One thing I didn't feel good was the app experience. Whenever I open the app to check my past rides it asks for me to enable the location service. Requesting the app developer or concern team to remove that facility so that we users can turn on the location at the time of booking a ride. Hope my review will be noticed by your team.

Initially, the service was satisfactory, but it has now become extremely poor. They are manipulating prices and kilometers to adjust the bill. For a single ride, I received two different bills. When I questioned this, they claimed it was a technical error, yet they altered the kilometers again and issued another bill showing different figures. This practice feels unsafe and unreliable to use going forward
