The app seems to be showing a wrong passenger location to the driver even if it was selected as a pin on the map. Payment takes ages to complete. The app doesn't boot without full location access. Sometimes even with location access one needs to restart it to get it to start. Once you choose the destination, there is no way to change the start of the trip. You need to cancel the entire thing and start over. Terrible UX overall.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. This was an extremely disappointing experience and by far the worst I have ever had with a taxi service. The driver charged me approximately double the price that was shown in the app. Even worse, he used a trick and gave himself a 5-star rating from my phone without my permission. I have contacted your support team multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any meaningful response or solution. The lack of customer support is just..

Bitaksi still haven't become a normal convenient app yet. Why can't you charge bridges and toll roads directly in the app, why do you leave the choice for a driver to voice random prices and come out with any reasons to charge more. The app tracks the passenger and the driver so it can decide itself. I would like to say that I trust the app more than the taxi drivers, but I couldn't. Trying to overcharge happens almost every time
