I tried to install and sign in but it kept giving me a message that said Timed Out Connection and to retry 1 min later. I tried reinstalling it and logging in but to no avail.

The FQA says to use the same credentials as in the MTE app but that doesn't work. And I'm also unable to register because I'm already registered in MTE. pretty much all the offers were useless anyway. Pretty sure Mastercard don't want to offer their customers lounge access, but instead of saying it they just make it a pain in the a$$ so people don't.

I can't sign up because I already have an account on MTE. I can't sign in with my MTE account, and there's no password reset link when I enter the correct email.
