As others say, completely difficult to use, stupidly made, so that of you're trying to buy a ticket you get bounced time and again between the app and the website, and STILL NOT ACCEPTING CARD PAYMENT. That is absolutely on purpose, even though theyve had the disclaimer "we're working on fixing the problem" forever. People who don't use PayPal nor want to give bank information are left frustrated and to rely on paper tickets, assuming you cab buy them. Ex. The weekly ticket is IMPOSSIBLE to find

the app works very bad. I had a previous account I used few months ago and it seems that is was deleted (I cannot recover it). I created a new account on the same email and I cannot login on the app (only on the web): it is just say error without any explanation. Honestly, one of the worst app for transportation in Europe. it is supposed to make easier to purchase tickets... not this one

A useful app, I use it every day. But if you need anyything account-related (login, add/change a payment method, manage settings etc) you get thrown into the wasteland of RMV website: tons of text, trashy links, options that dont work, incomprehensible menus, all kinds of errors, literally a trip back to the 00s. Come on RMV, this is 2025. edit: as of 4/2026 nothing has been fixed. Moreover, non-German SIM cards are locked out of the app
