It's disappointing that you can't talk to customer service, you can just email. I bought a ticket with PAL and there was no baggage allowance in their system so I added 10kg baggage. But when I checked the ticket I bought with PAL, it actually included 23kg. Then I bought another 10kg from them, but the 10kg was gone, leaving only 23kg. Where did the 10kg go? How can you explain it? My experience with them was very bad.

Adding check in baggage is so hassle it needs to be reviewed no estimate time given. I can't even talked to a live representative. First time I try it was cancelled and I already paid it there's no cash refund. Can only be booked for a flight. Now I'm adding again for the second time it's almost 24hrs still under review! unbelievable!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this agency; their service is awful. I paid an extra fee to correct my father’s birthdate, but now at check-in, I found out my parents have different flight times. This is despite their app and the email they sent me showing the same flight time for both. It’s a massive hassle. On top of that, I can't access my father's itinerary, and when I reached out to customer service, nothing happened. They just said the itinerary was in their email. Such a headache!
