Having subscribed to the Pro version due to the increasing cost & unstable nature of OS maps, it has been a very disappointing experience. There appears to be no way to edit a route line colour, thickness, or transparency. This completely obscures the type of track or path on the underlining map, making it useless to import a route & understand what you are traveling on. I certainly won't be renewing my subscription when it expires.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there is no setting for colour, width or transparency. When planning a route, you can toggle the line on and off using an option in the 3 dots menu at the bottom. And for colour, in most screens that is based on the activity chosen.

Viewranger was a better app. I find Outdooractive a bit more clunky and difficult to use especially when out.. it was built for mountaineers in the Alps and not for uk. That said it is a Worldwide app so you can get good maps anywhere. It's OK but just not as good as Viewranger was..additionally the searches for places in the UK are rubbish and throw up a list of strange places across Europe and US.

If the search doesn't give the place you need either change it to search the visible map (control on search box), or include the county name.

Been a pro user now for 3 years now but have decided to not renew my subscription. A recent update prevents me sending a route from the app to my Garmin Fenix. A fix for this was promised but at the moment the only way to do this is from the web site. Have now found a better alternative which is less money and with more features.

The missing "Send to device" is back in the app update rolling out this week. Sorry it had been omitted from the previous release.
