Had a bad day? Find some comfort with this new meditation designed to help you slow down, release tension, and give yourself a little space to breathe when things feel heavy. Through gentle breathing and a guided body scan, you'll have a chance to check in with yourself and let go of some of what you're carrying, whether you're feeling stressed, frustrated, overwhelmed, or simply worn out. You can find Bad Day in the Get Support category on the Singles tab in the Balance app.
