Summer Reading: Powered by First Book

First Book is dedicated to ensuring that all children, regardless of their background or zip code, can succeed and reach their full potential. They reach 6.5 million kids each year in low-income communities across North America, providing books and resources through a powerful network of more than 600,000 individual educators, professionals and volunteers specifically serving children in need.

To foster summer reading, First Book has created a collection of Teacher Approved apps for children ages 12 and under designed to make summer learning fun, engaging, and easy. Curated with insights from First Book members and staff, these apps will help kids build reading skills, spark curiosity, and stay excited about learning through playful, age-appropriate experiences they’ll enjoy all summer long!
