I really like the bear room. The exercises don't feel forced, very quickly you can experience a great guided meditation, short enough for any work-schedule.

cute app ive never seen an app like this before . very different approach less invasive love the approach. learning to self serve is important . the price is manageable not excessive .

This app is literally just adorable. I forget how I came across it but I known downloaded it because the bear is so cute. The practices are genuinely helpful and reflective. I wish it had widgets; PLEASE work on widgets. I often forget to log in and do my practices (which can be good, it means I'm not stressed) and widgets would remind me.
