Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

Domino's is a nice treat but the offers can be confusing. Given an offer of get a free pizza if I buy another pizza over £9.99. This is set to a expiry period a 'code' would need be used by but never did get a code after making an order. It's a shame, though I think I will just take notification offers such as that at a grain of salt attempt to change my decision into buying pizza. I'm sure I read the T&C right. They just simply didn't provide.

desperately hard work to order. I tried the website and the transaction failed twice. I tried the app and got three different prices, depending which order I added things to the basket all of which were more than the original price on the website. Rubbish experience, only marginally better than the Macdonald's app.
