Great app. Been using it for at least 2 years now. Even if you use it like me and don't stick to every day, but using it once a week even, I still have been able to get to a splits with consistency. The developers also pay attention to feedback, which is great. Best app I've used so far for my flexibility for sure. They even added animations recently that make the exercises even easier to follow. Keep it up guys!

I like it cause: 1)The way you can use ai voice to tell what to do like when to stop when to start and when you have 3 second's left the ai voice counts it down for you and not only that you can also choose any voice you like. 2)The way this app also knows that you need breaks not too long nor too short like they give you breaks that are not too long nor too short . And you can also add extra time when you need it. and there's still many more but I can't write any more world's this the max

Pretty nice app, it has good workouts, but it's not injury-friendly. It doesn't have any mode or option to replace or disable certain exercises from the workouts, especially when you suffer from an injury or condition (e.g., scoliosis, lower back pain, hyperlordosis, etc.), which is quite limiting, or in some cases dangerous. Begginers with any kind of condition shouldn't use it, or at least not without checking with your doctor or therapist.
