Good, but doesn't feel quite finished. The English translation is poor and often confusing, making it difficult to understand how to play the game. (E.g. do I want defiant students for defiant jobs or not?) Some quality of life issues with the UX. The process of organising and reassigning teachers, for example; the information you need always seems to be in another menu. I do like some of the improvements they've made on the original. And as always, gloriously free of ads and microtransactions.

The game is fun and you can pass a lot of time with it, but I have play pass and it's free, and with EVERY SINGLE Kairosoft game, it literally will suddenly stop working and loading, and when I enquired, I was told to delete it, reset Google and then it would work, but then all of the work I put it is gone and then I have to start from scratch. It's honestly ridiculous and needs to be fixed because it is a major bug for all of the games and makes for a horrible experience as a user

If you like the first pocket academy, definitely get this one. You always have something to do (but not overwhelmingly so). I always had pocket academy on fast speed as there was a lot of downtime spent doing nothing once you got good at the mechanics. I also love the use of contests (instead of challenges), changes to clubs, and ease in figuring out spots (you get a lightbulb over compatible structures). There's a lot of other great tweaks and sessions, but I'll let you discover them yourself
