About this game

Tacball - the tactical 2D soccer game.

Tacball is a cross-platform 2D soccer game with the focus on tactical decisions. The process is similar to board games such as chess, a checkers or Go, but according to the rules and movement sequences of soccer.

Game Modes

There are three predefined modes: Street, Casual and Competitive. In Street mode, you play with a team of 4 ballers and loose rules. In Casual, you play as a full team of 11 ballers and also have interruptions as out and foul. Competitive mode also adds precision skills to the strategic skills already needed.

And the best part: The Custom-Mode! Change the game parameters to your desire!

Multiplayer

Local Multiplayer! Yes, you and your opponent can play on the same device! Just don't let each other peak! There is also an experimental network multiplayer implemented, however this is considered "as it is", not bug-free and is kept the right to be shut down anytime.

Cross-platform

Currently, we support the game and cross-play for Windows, Linux and Android. More platforms may be included in the future.
