Customer support is terrible. I'm experiencing this issue with my BOTIM wallet. Your request was rejected due to security or compliance issues, which has disabled all payment options from the wallet. I've sent multiple emails, shared screenshots, and even tried calling customer service, but have received no response. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Ignoring customers like this is extremely irresponsible. And I haven't received any help from the support team yet. I hope BOTIM

International money transfer & customer service. after using the app for a while, I thought it was good but I was shocked when I made two transactions and still not completed. customer service is demanding useless things instead of solving my problem. worse app ever, not recommended, I tried Remitly and transaction was completed in 10 seconds or so. botim is useless, not sure to use again.

'Last seen' option in the privacy setting GUI design is horrible. I can't select more than 20 contacts on my phone, because the selected contact showing in the top of the gui and growing, hence bottom of the gui, which is supposed to be meant for the actual purpose of getting smaller and no longer able to see or select any contact. useless GUI design. without testing or validating the design, it's been integrated into the release version.
