just epic! all my orders 3 guitar 1 amp 2 gig bags and a set of strings all through this app. and apart from easy use and such Thomann just has a huge range of what a guitarist, in my case. as far as apps go this is the bees knees. for quick look ups or even full order management tracking etc changin currency all in one go. sadly this morning it won't open about to reinstall maybe just a temp glitch so no need to panic hahaha. 5 from 5 stars from me the bargains not showing

the new so called upgrade does not work properly , can't search for a specific brand using filters , it just wont allow you to select the brand in the tick box , and if you manage to do that it wont allow you to select anything else. the new app upgrades has been so bad I ended up just buying from another company as I dont want to even attempt to make a payment on the app as I dont trust it. Too many weird little bugs , Sorry Thomann , but I can't risk trying to make a payment if I can't trust

Best online store for all your music related needs. They offer good prices and have excellent customer service (Quick and professional and helpful responses). Navigating the app is easy, and the categories and filters are clear. The app can be slow sometimes, but that doesn't get in the way too much.
