I used to love this app! Yes it is expensive, but most reading apps are. The stories here are engaging and there have generally been less typos/errors in the stories over other apps. However 2 months ago I had to replace my phone and I have been unable to retrieve my bookshelf. I have had to submit multiple support tickets. In the beginning I was getting fast responses that we're attempting to help. Now, for the past 2 weeks I have gotten no response at all & still haven't recovered my books

I cannot delete the account. I do not want it. I've tried canceling previously throught the app as it does not show As a subscription in my play store and the app keeps charging me. Please stop charging me. update charged me a random 11 dollar fee for no reason. I have hit the cancel button 4 different times. they have not responded to the 12 emails I've sent. this app is a 100 percent scam

This app is very expensive. I've paid $30 for coins and I still didnt have enough to finish the book. The cost for unlocking a chapter is over 100 coins for most chapters. The only good thing about this app is the story I was reading was very good. It would be nice if the creators would just charge 1 price for a whole story. People wouldn't mind paying for a whole story all at once if the cost stays low like in book stores, where most books can be bought for $25 or less!!
