This app is terrible, there is no real customer support, once your order is placed, its fingers crossed you will get it within an hour, the whole point of ordering food is to eat NOW, If I wanted to eat after 1 hour 30 minutes I would have gone to biedronka, cooked my food and eaten, still less than 1hour:30 minutes. you cant call the shop, or chat with an assistant, all you do is take a gamble. Please improve.

There is no customer service. Some chatbot that doesn't help. If you need to cancel an order or change something, it's not possible even the second you made it. The restaurant tells you that they can't change anything. From the app, the bot says that the restaurant can help. Basically, you're left alone. That is, if you order something wrong or get the address wrong, there's no way to change it. Or you have to wait half a day for help.

AI only CS, that solves nothing; app allows for ordering minutes before the restaurant closes, making delivery impossible, meanwhile urging customer that already paid to call landline of said restaurant about nonexistent delivery; if you manage to get a refund, it takes them whole week to send you back the money; gave it another try and the app decided to merge 2 addresses together, creating undeliverable package, making both parties lose their time while AI assistant can't help
