The game is highly unbalanced. I get trying to sell gems, but you need to let people enjoy the game first. The % of getting a new hero or tower from boxes is so low, that even with all the boxes i was unable to unlock one, other than the scripted ones. Getting free gems is super low, so no new boxes. I got to level 11-2 and was not able to pass it with maxed level on towers, heroes and spells. The game is si disorganised. I want to elaborate, but I don't have enough space here.

It's a very good game with small irritating issues. Daily rewards are so small you can't upgrade anything. (wheel of fortune awards would be good to be able to gain strength) When I purchase something everything is so weak to effect the game and so expensive. On other games there are cheap many options that we buy many, in this one I don't want to buy anything when i see it doesn't help much.

Chests are mean. They give you minimum number of guaranteed items. Store is almost useless, for it always provide the same items I don't need. It says the its are refreshed every several hours, but they don't change much. Difficulty of trial mode is ridiculous. I reach the extreme level and the difficult level becomes harder to pass on the next day.
