I had read a lot of stories and spent a lot of money on this a few year ago, I even had VIP for a while, but then I stopped reading. Now I log back in and the app says it's been over one year since my last access and all the coins and hearts I had saved up back then cannot be transferred. I mean, seriously??? 3,000 coins and 500 hearts gone, just like that. Wow, all that money I had spent! Super disappointed.

I really loved this game a couple years ago and I spent a few hundred dollars to purchase character stories, and I made sure to create data transfer info. For some reason the app is now refusing to transfer my data. I'm pretty upset about it :( but other than this it was a really good app. It was my obsession for awhile Update: I got my account back thanks to the help of their team. They did inform me that you have to log into the app at least once a year to prevent them from closing it out.

The game is perfect, I mean really perfect, the graphics, the style, everything, but the coins, guys!!! There isn't even one completely free story, and it's hard to collect those coins, not everyone wants to make a purchase.Please make the features and stories available to everyone if possible!
