One of the most useless app ever, cannot make any changes (password, name, etc.) to the wifi router

Another Update: Now, I'm crying. Paid again to buy a weekly data plan because I got traumatized by the more than 100K I paid but disappeared immediately. However, I already topped up a total of 50K and my balance became 20K. Seriously, what the hell is wrong with your app? I know I have to adjust as a foreigner but please let me chat with an English-speaking representative. Thank you!

Awful app full of bugs. When set to ENG language, half of the functions are still in Vietnamese. User verification function is broken - cannot connect to VNeID app even though the function is there. Instead of connecting to VNeID, it wants to take a photo of physical ID card. Passport verification function also broken. After completion of passport upload and face scanning, the app wants to connect a video call with VNPT staff which is also broken. Half-baked app which is typical of Vietnam.
