I've had this app for over 2 years, as it was promoted by my work for health and well-being. Initially, it was not the most intuitive, but once I got the hang of it, it has been good. There are lots of useful resources to learn about various health topics. You can track your health metrics, and set it up for reminders. Pairing with fitness apps automates the health tracking.

Like many others. there seems to be a problem collecting data from a tracking device that is connected. Have had several days were Active Minutes are not being updated which means points are not being awarded. I've restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. Have had points show and then disappear but most of the time it's no points at all.

It's synced to my Garmin and even tho my Garmin tracks workouts and sleep, I still have to enter both manually. It's also just a bad app: The amount of points on the home page, Rewards Page, and Earnings History are all different?? I have no idea the real number. And the app is full of bloat and health slop that no doubt slows it down and increases the app size. Like others I use this because I have no choice, I would not if I had the choice.
