Too many niche outliners.....it literally causes the app to not load when I switch accounts and it's too much to scroll down before I get to what's important to me. Lately I haven't been getting any feeds into my videos. There's no more insights into generating new tags or updating video title. I should be able to customize my home page because frankly I don't care about what other creators are doing. Just want to focus on my page and how I can reach a wider audience.

Very good. As a paid user, The issue with anything is that it takes time to see why certain things work and other things don't. You may experience that with this but overall it has worked in ways that I looked for. I am grateful for the work they have put in to design this and put the backend together like champions. It is a bit pricy depending on how much you use it and how you use it in general.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience! Money was deducted from my account for the paid subscription, but I still did not receive the premium features. I cancelled AutoPay, yet payment was still charged and the app continues showing the Free version. This feels like very poor service and a complete waste of customer money and trust. Users pay expecting proper support and access, but my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Fix this issue immediately or provide a refund.
