They do not have many of the goods they sell, don't fall for it, I ordered a walking pad, got notification it was sent right away, it's been 10 days and no info, no tracking available, no way to get the money returned and the order cancelled either because I need to reject at delivery now. Customer service - none existent, you can talk to a bot that uses template responses.

Purchased a chicken run, received it fast. Happy with that. But it's missing part D1. I have contacted Vevor multiple times in the last week and have had what appears to be automated responses or AI responses, but no action. I need the part to assemble the chicken run and their return policy is very obstructive making it as hard to return as much as it is to get the missing part. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

It's like faster aliexpress, with less chaos and more absolutely fake 5 star reviews for the products. Stuff is cheap and kinda works, but don't expect it to match the claimed specs and keep your fire extinguisher nearby.
