Linking services such as hotel reservations and tickets doesn't work. I try to book (tickets and hotel) through the app, but then it takes me to the website...what's the purpose if the app? There's a lot of reviews about wait times, but it's not really worth it for me as I usually have express pass. Park map isn't accurate for food. Also, I only visit for Halloween Horror Nights. Thankfully, after the visit my "used/expired" tickets usually show up in my account, just not when I need them.

We are heading to Universal Studios Orlando in less than a week, and the app can't stay open on my phone for even a minute without crashing. Everything is updated, but no matter how many reboots or cache clearing, this app just fails repeatedly. Not sure what I should do. I feel like this is going to be a big problem..

Everything worked perfectly during my trip, accurate app that guides you well, displays the queue times. It's easy to navigate and find what you want. I was also able to add a UK card to pay by tapping my resort card, very convenient app.
