This is the UBS Mobile Banking App for all our UBS clients (excl. the United States and Australia) who can benefit from these digital services.
Please note, that the available functionalities of our app may vary depending on your domicile.

If you live in Switzerland, you can open our digital product line UBS key4 directly via app:
• UBS key4 banking for your private banking
• UBS key4 business for the founding of an SA or SARL

Do you meet the requirements to use our Mobile Banking App?
• You are client of a UBS Group company and benefit from UBS’s corresponding digital services.

How secure is our Mobile Banking App?
In short, UBS Mobile Banking provides state-of-the-art security.
How? Our security concept protects you fourfold. We uniquely identify you with the Access App or Access Card. By defining security settings and activating real-time notifications, you can increase security even more. Furthermore, we use artificial intelligence to check certain transactions for irregularities. And we help you use the internet safely – see our security recommendations on ubs.com/security.

UBS Switzerland AG and other non-US subsidiaries of UBS Group AG have made the UBS & UBS key4 Mobile Banking App ("App") available exclusively to existing clients that benefit from these services with the exception of US and Australian clients.

There's a feedback form for key4 insights feature in the app that doesn't work, so get my feedback here. I've deactivated key4 insights 3 times already, and still saw "we've added key4 insights widget to your home screen" again. Respect the user's choice! If I deactivated it, it means that I don't need this feature, and it won't change after you activate it for me again.

The different sections of the app are developed by completely different teams that stand in competition to each other - this clearly shows in the app. The app lacks a user friendly or even intuitive UI and UX, some features and pages (e.g. documents) seem to be hidden on purpose and almost impossible to find, except for when directly linked to them via notification either Mobile notification or in-app notification.

updated review in June 2026: your update last month required me again to delete 5 of my biggest apps. Should that happen again I have nothing more to delete and therefor must change banks. This is disgusting! sort it out! the updates are huge most of the time. I often have to delete up to 5 other apps. Not okay UBS! Seems like a whole lot of data trash as things are not being streamlined on the back end. I have other bank and card apps and your app is the only one I have this problem with.
