I started the onboarding process with the Uber Eats Partner app two weeks ago, and so far, it has been very disappointing. The sales assistant never called back, and whenever I contact customer service, all I get are follow-up emails—no real updates or progress. I was trying to reopen my previous account, but the process is extremely slow, possibly due to the fees that need to be waived. Despite multiple follow-ups and explaining my situation, there has been no action, and it is affecting mylife

The "Menu" button has now disappeared from the Uber Eats Manager mobile app. This button allows us to turn on/off on items that have sold out for the day. Please fix this ASAP as it's very important and convenient to use on the mobile app. Also need Uber Eats Manager app in dark mode or Midnight mode as there are times while working late nights the striking day mode screen becomes very uncomfortable at night. Thanks

I can't even be bothered to explain why because where would I even begin. One of the largest tech companies in the world, yet they can't make a functional app, or browser website. I access the manager from my laptop, desktop, and phone, both through the browser and app. Each on has different aspects of it broken, so I end up having to use all 4 to cover the features that the other versions lack and somehow make it all (barely) usable
