the app glitches, it takes the money but doesn't register the order, it did that twice

The app is currently working slowly and has some bugs. Whenever I want to go into my favorites it says there was a mistake from their end. Also happened with Bag, and I cant even log in into my Aura account. I receive the code but after I press enter there's a mistake and nothing happens.
