TECNO what is happening with your app? I can't access my account. This app is not safe and many of us will lose alot of work, contest and winnings. They need to be compensated by restoring what were taken from them. If not, we can no longer use this app anymore because anyone can access our account which is abnormal.

App crashes all the time, can't comment on anything cause it loads forever. Search icon doesn't work. As soon as I click on it,screen goes dark nd app crashes again. No problem with my device, all other apps on it,works perfectly fine. Just this one acting like it has major bug issues.

It use to be a good app that creates awareness about Tecno products & services, until i update it yesterday june 30, 2021 and, i started experiencing problems using it. First, it keeps logging me out &, now it won't sign me in saying 'Failed Sign in' I will increase the star ⭐ when am able to sign in again without problem. It's working now though, i had to reset my password! DEC 7, 2025 After latest update "Unable to login at this time" has been the response since 6th, couldn't access my account
