I had to turn it on every time I used my phone for anything, and then when I would check in it, it would be off. If you checked, I have probably paid for the yearly fee multiple times! Delete it. I cannot seem to get rid of it!! Cheryl Huffaker

I am getting really fed up with Total. I have most of their system on my phone, and nothing changes. VPN, put it on, and it goes off straight away, same as the Web scan. dissatisfied , I surly am.
