This app isn't reliable. In the most recent update, it says you can plug the vehicle in during a schedules charge and it will work. This isn't accurate. You have to already have it plugged in. If you take it out and put it back, it won't charge. And sometimes, it just straight up misses scheduled charging and my car will be dead in the morning. I emailed the company my issues and had zero response. This app needs serious work.

I have many unsafe remote connections into my phone every time I connect my car to the charger. Hope the team addresses this issue.
