Bought a 24h Oslo pass there. Firstly, it appeared that you can't use the pass directly in the app but need to install another app and redeem the code there. second the code provided by Tiqets even didn't work there, so money spent, a lot of time spent, and now I guess I need to pay again

I booked through another website and it wasn't clear that the time I was selecting was for one part of the itinerary rather than the start time. I contacted them immediately but they refused to help, citing the T&C's they sent me after booking. Avoid, their customer support is infuriating.

Lena (Crown Tours) was my guide at Sagrada Familia. she was very informative and fun. The building is stunning, but personally I could have skipped the interior. The exterior is so much more impressive. Booking through Tiqets was very simple, the information provided to find the meeting point was spot on. No complaints.
