About this game

Become a giant walking dice and battle to the end of an ever-changing dungeon! Can you escape the cruel whims of Lady Luck?

In this new fast-paced deckbuilding roguelike from Terry Cavanagh (Super Hexagon, VVVVVV), Chipzel, and Marlowe Dobbe, you'll fight monsters, find better loot, and level up your heroes as you work together to take down the Goddess of Fortune, Lady Luck herself. Balance your carefully planned strategies against the unknown of a dice roll.

Disappointing if I'm honest. It was fun unlocking each of the characters (which took game play past two hours so a refund isn't possible). But beyond that there's no roguelite elements. Each episode has modifier, which makes the run harder. However, previous episodes and current ones have zero affect on subsequent ones. If you're struggling on an episode there's no way to improve the next run. It's all just luck of the rolls and what's in the chest, gets boring attempting the same thing.

I had to buy this as soon as I heard it had been released on Android. It's been out since 2019 on other platforms but always felt like it needed a smartphone version (I call these "play it on the bus" games), and now it's finally here. All the content (including the newly released free Reunion DLC) is here, no microtransactions (which should make it a good offline game) and plenty of content to keep you busy for a while. Highly recommended.

So good I bought it twice, both on PC and mobile for on-the-go while I was stuck in the hospital. I will probably buy this game for my friends in the future bc the devs deserve more money than they're asking for. This game is excellent as a casual game to pick up and play when you need to kill time, and easy to stop playing and resume later. Easy for casual players with surface level math ability to get into but still satisfying for hardcore strategy RPG gamers. No ads, no lootboxes, no BS.
