I would never recommend Talabat to anyone. On my very first order, I was completely misled — a 30% discount was displayed while I was placing my order, but by the time I reached the payment screen, the price had reverted to the full amount with no discount applied. I contacted customer service, and they promised to resolve the issue within 60 minutes. They never did. I have since uninstalled the app and will not be using it again.

Worst experience ever! I order and pay with card! the App says something went wrong with the payment and order not placed. I place another order to figure out now i have two orders and was charged twice. Customer service to cancel doesn't exist. Not to mention their prices if you're not using Pro. This is basically stealing! Never using it again it's a scam

Very poor customer service. I am unable to access my account because I lost access to my registered email. Despite contacting support multiple times, they simply keep saying it is not possible to fix without offering any solution. Staff need better training on how to handle customer concerns professionally. Very disappointing experience. 1/10 service.
