The ads that are served on this game lock up and don't allow to back out of them, forcing you to close the app. no reward is given and the progress is lost. this glitch has made the game impossible to play. Too bad, as the game is enjoyable. I didn't mind watching ads as the reward was usually worth it.

It's a fun game, but it's the sort of gae that gives you a lot of events and even more ways to pay money to achieve the goals of the events. it seems, after a week of playing, that it's impossible to achieve anything meaningful without a huge investment. You'll never "free" the new characters without buying gems, you'll never mine enough gold without buying gems. I did pay to go ad-free and had I not done so I doubt I'd have played as long as I did. I'd have continued if they were less greedy.

Fun game, obnoxious ads. game play is great, but the amount, length, and structure of the ads are some of the worst I have come across in a game. Especially when you get the double ads as you have to cancel out of the first ad to get to the second and then if your not on top of it the second ad runs way over the time required to get the Reward. if you want no ads $20, yes $20. Never gonna pay that much to remove ads. maybe $5. Update knocked rating down another star. Ads are getting even worse.
