fun game if you like merge games but their customer service is terrible. I don't usually pay to play online games but I actually spent money to complete a task in a certain time frame. Once I completed the task it showed completed then reverted back to the start. I reached out asking for a refund or at least the equivalent to the awards I should have received. Instead they let me know if was a known issue (meaning I'm not the only one who was affected) and they aren't issuing refunds.

Too many of the ads cause the app to restart. I click on the ad. The ad plays. I click on the X & rather than take me back to the game & my reward, the app restarts & I lose the reward. I don't mind the ads but I hate not being rewarded. Many of the orders don't tell you how to get them. The customer orders baking gloves, you click on the baking gloves & it shows you the steps to get them but it doesn't show you what produces the items. Way too many pop-ups trying to get you to purchase items.

I am feeling good about this game. This didn't last long . It takes al credit for ads. I was to pass level 23, and I did . Then I was to pass level 25 with 9 days leftover to complete the level for payment. They x out 23 and now no mention of my payment for completing 25 . I've won $37.11 and haven't redeemed it yet. personally , I'm thinking that was my limit. Just saying. One more thing , I'm going to delete the game and download it again outside of the app. No more tracking for them. 0 stars
