Subscriptions

In-app, you can subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions.

• Choose between 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months.
• Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• An active subscription cannot be canceled before the active subscription period has ended. However, you can turn auto-renew on/off in your Google Play account settings.

Health Connect
When you give the StrengthLog app permission to sync with Health Connect, we only share the information you request us to share. The data is shared only with your private Google account. You also have two options to give the app permission to read from Health Connect. The first option is to read your bodyweight, which will then be stored in our app, so that you don’t manually have to log your bodyweight in our app too. The second option is to read your heart rate data from Health Connect when using a Wear OS device. The heart rate data will only be displayed in our watch app during active workouts, meaning it won’t be saved in our app; it will only be saved in Health Connect.

I love this app! So far, no issues at all and I've been using it for about 7 months. I would recommend getting the paid version though. You get more stats and can share workout plans. Also, If something is annoying or your previous weights and reps aren't showing up for a workout you've already done, check your settings; it's likely that you haven't set it up to your specifications.

It is functionally free indeed. Not 5 1. Not minimal enough. 2. Setup remains a hazard. 3. Your official help page is not accurate enough. Ex. Changing lbs to kgs is not under the profile for android, it is an option with "imperial" to "metric", and just say lbs and kgs please. 4. "Retrieve from log" is default, we have to manually deactivate them one by one. 5. We can set a no weight exercise (ex. stability ball exercises) to "retrieve from log", and the set glitches.

Ridiculous price that doesn't have simple functions. The workout doesnt remember your last sets (superets...reps...weight). They say it doesnt for the pre installed "premium" programs. so why pay a premium price? Basic apps have this. it also doesn't include a PPL UL workout in its library. They did add PPLUL program because of my feedback. But if I add an exercise, it doesnt copy it over next week. Not worth the price. I suggest FITNOTES for a better experience.

Hi! The app does remember what you've done, but maybe you've misunderstood how it works? I'll gladly guide you if you send us an email at app@strengthlog.com. Currently, we do have two PPL-UL-routines, PHAT (but it's UL-PPL to be fair) and Bodybuilding Machine Program. Hopefully, we'll be able to add more in the future! Best, Sandrine
