Terrible app ! My order was cancelled after waiting more than an hour and half! I was checking the app to see if it's getting closer or what and I figured it out, it was cancelled without even notifying me! and I tried so many times to reach the customer service but there was no response, I sent many messages asking about the reason of cancellation but I couldn't reach them at all !! Terrible experience!

The worst customer service experience ever! This is the second time now. I had the wrong items delivered to me and have been trying to get hold of anyone from the customer service in vain since yesterday 3:00 pm. Then I am asked to review the process of "solving" the issue! The only message I received is that automated message that says that I would be contacted by the team, but nothing has happened, again for more than 28 hours now! Whom am I supposed to contact to handle this nonsense?

I have been using this app for several years, but my experience has significantly declined recently. In my last five orders, it has become a frustrating process because most of the items I order turn out to be unavailable. I am then forced to approve replacements, often ending up with irrelevant products just to avoid further delays in receiving my order. Most recently, the replacement items I received was damaged or were in poor condition and unfit for consumption and no response to complaints.
